Hello! I am the assistant instructor at
Serena's Dance Palace in Spring Hill and we have a company of 15
girls ranging from ages 9-20 who are trying to get donations to
purchase uniforms, shoes, costumes, etc. to perform around the
community. If anyone knows of anybody willing to donate please
contact Serena or Gina @ 684-8004.

My reason for requesting assistance
is this. While both Springhill Fire Rescue and Hernando County
Fire Rescue are paid departments, the chaplaincy is completely
volunteer and non funded.
I have to the best of my ability used my own equipment
or that of my church but to bring the chaplaincy to the place
where it most effectively served our departments as well as our
citizens there are some important needs to be met.
The nature of the Fire Rescue service is hard on
the individuals and their homes. I am presently creating Power
point presentations to do in seminar format for such issues as
Stress management, finances, marital relationships, parent child
relationships etc. But to lug my desk top computer from the
church to the different stations as well as taking down our
video projector etc is just not practical.
What I really need is for a few civic organizations
or corporations or professionals to step up and lend a hand.
What I am looking to do is to purchase a laptop computer that
would be used for both departments, as well as a small video
projector the cheaper more portable sort for these and other
projects with the departments.
Please email
if you can help. You can find more on the chaplaincy at www.springhillfire.com/chaplain.

My daughter gave birth to twin boys prematurely
on September 26th 2003. Austin and Brandon Crimean's @ 23-24
weeks gestational age barely viable. They were transported from
Spring Hill Regional to All Children's Hospital in St Pete Fl
and still remain in the NICU. Birth weight was only 1# 7 and 1#8
they Austin is currently at 4# 4oz and Brandon 3# 14 oz. We have
been residing at the Ronald McDonald House East In St Pete.
My daughter is only 17 and resides at
home with me. Since this occurrence I have lost my job, and
bills are piling up at my home in Spring hill as well as I was
totally unprepared for the twin boys IE: Cribs, Diapers,
Clothing (No Nursery items).
Brandon Michael
Crimeans
is breathing on his own with only some additional oxygen through
a nasal cannula.
He is maintaining
his own temperature and is in very good condition.
Austin Michael
Crimeans is still on Ventilator and has had the misfortune of an
left arm amputation due to a blood clot, he however is doing
remarkably well.
The doctors
predict a going home date of February/March 2004. Basically a
good outcome considering upon arrival September 26th 2003 they
had less than a 10% chance of surviving through the night.
We would
appreciate any coverage and assistance our family could get on
this.
